Is the open bar really unlimited?
Yes — the open bar at Luxury Beach Club Rosario Islands is unlimited national open bar from arrival until departure. The one important rule: it is personal and non-transferable. Sharing drinks with people outside your reservation group results in permanent suspension of bar service for your entire group. Respect the rule and you'll drink all day.
Is Luxury Beach Club good for families with children?
Yes — Luxury Beach Club has a dedicated Kids Plan for ages 4–8 with non-alcoholic beverages and a children's lunch menu. Children under 3 travel free. The beach itself is wide and family-friendly. Bring approximately USD 10 in cash per person — no card payment at the dock. These fees are set by the Colombian government and are subject to change by season.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 72 hours before departure. No refund within 72 hours. If the tour is cancelled due to unsafe sea conditions, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
