Arrival and locker use: use the secure locker for your personal items. Only swimwear should be worn going up to the volcano; phones, towels, bags, and belongings are not allowed inside.

Mud bath experience: climb the wooden stairs and enter the dense volcanic mud pool. The mud is thick and buoyant, so your body floats naturally. You don't need to know how to swim.

Lagoon rinse-off: after the mud bath, rinse off in the nearby lagoon. Local helpers may offer optional cleaning assistance, paid directly on-site in cash.

The rest of your day: depending on your selected plan, you'll continue to a beach club, a mangrove canoe tour, the Salinas de Galerazamba, or return directly to Cartagena.

For some afternoon departures, guests staying in Old City, Getsemaní, or Manga may need to meet at Muelle de los Pegasos.
