🔄 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure.
• 50% refund between 48 and 72 hours.
• 25% refund between 24 and 48 hours.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
• Full refund if the Colombian Maritime Authority cancels departures due to weather conditions.
